Zoom is the new teaching tool that allows you to learn from the comfort of your own home, so dive into your divine energy system in this lively introduction to the chakra system with Sacred Centers Teacher and Healer Nini Gridley. See the principles of each of the seven major centers of energy and how they connect to the light spectrum, the elements, the physical body and glandular system. Insights into the excesses and deficiencies (blockages) and how they relate to child development will be discussed. The impact of illnesses, negative emotions, and restrictive family patterning as they relate to the awakening of the True Self will be unraveled to illuminate the healing process. The teaching and discussion are followed by a guided meditation which opens and investigates the individual chakras using light and color.
